By making an appointment with Jennifer Frisch Marriage you agree to all terms below. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Business and its successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releasees") on account of personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, or financial loss arising out of or attributable to my being on the premises and receiving certain spa and/or beauty services, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of the Business or any Releasees or otherwise. At JFM Couture Hair Extensions, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, exclusive custom hair extensions of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products and the personalized care we take in fulfillment, all eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee. 🔁 Return & Restocking Fee Policy 1. Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return: • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. • Proof of purchase is required. 2. Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the condition and timing of the return: • 25% fee for returns for unopened packaging and product remains unused and sealed. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing. 3. Ineligible Returns: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if: • The hair has been opened, worn, altered, dyed, washed, or otherwise used. • The return request is made beyond 14 days from the purchase / delivery date. 4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. 5. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Cancellation Policy

Effective January 1st, 2025, a mandatory non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment with Hair by Jennifer Marriage LLC. This deposit guarantees your appointment day and time. Please note that failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours of booking will result in forfeiture of the appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling policy When booking an appointment with Jennifer Marriage you agree to all cancellation terms and agreements. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. After the 3rd cancellation in a row there will be an additional $25 charge added to your total service. You must talk with or text and have communication back with Jennifer to cancel your appointment. You cannot give your appointment to someone else. After your 3rd cancellation or rescheduled appointment a nonrefundable cash deposit of the total cost of your appointment will be required. If you are 15 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment and be charged the “no-show” fee of 50% of your total service.
